Thank you for shopping at Jay Bart Creations on jbc.ie. We want you to love your purchase — but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please Click Here and submit a return request including your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you the shipping instructions for the returns.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Domestic returns: You are responsible for return shipping.
- International returns: You are responsible for return shipping; customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs for initial orders are non-refundable.
4. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if:
- Items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Original packaging is missing or damaged.
5. Exchanges
If your item arrived defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. To request an exchange, please visit our Contact page at jbc.ie/contact and include photos of the defect along with your order details.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days of our confirmation email, first check your payment account. Please use our Contact page at jbc.ie/contact for assistance.
7. International Orders
Customs, duties, and import fees incurred on international orders are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, please follow our standard return process.
