1. Production & Processing

Made-to-Order:
Most of our products are crafted to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production. For larger or custom projects, production may take even longer. We appreciate your patience as we create a unique piece just for you.

Order Processing:
Once your order is complete, it is processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

After production, your order will be shipped via a postal service. Here are typical shipping times based on destination:

• Ireland & United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
• Europe (excluding Ireland & UK): 5–12 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as customs delays, local postal service variations, or unforeseen disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.

4. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details. We are not liable for any delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
